Sam Reategui

Sam spearheads the acquisition of properties for JAB’s active funds across a number of markets including Chicago, Salt Lake City, Miami and Phoenix. Sam works on market research in our active cities as well as monitoring potential new cities for JAB’s future funds. He is a licensed broker in the State of Illinois and assists in the sale of JAB’s properties. Sam received a B.A. from Carleton College where he played collegiate golf.
