We de-converted the 15-unit condominium building to apartments. We duplexed down the first floor apartments, incorporating unused basement space into revenue-generating bedrooms and bathrooms. In all, we added 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The large rear courtyard was fully landscaped to provide an attractive outdoor area for tenants.
