Jim Jann

Jim is a seasoned real estate developer with over 25 years experience building, renovating and operating neighborhood residential properties, including apartment buildings and condominiums. After graduating the Northwestern University School of Law, he served as a prosecutor in the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. Jim is active in local real estate trade associations, including serving as president of the Lincoln Park Builders of Chicago
