The location, just north of Fullerton and Halsted, is right in the middle of the Lincoln Park neighborhood, one of the best in the city. DePaul University is one block away. The El is a short walk – and nightlife, dining, shopping, and entertainment abound.
Lill was a 19-unit de-conversion of an apartment building that had been converted to condominiums. By reconfiguring some space, we obtained three additional units. Renovations included cosmetic upgrades throughout the building, elevating them to the JAB standard.
