140 S. Clarkson, in Denver, was acquired in conjunction with 3628 E. 17th Ave from a broker representing a small local owner. The 12-unit, exterior walk-up is located in the Speer/Washington Park neighborhood, with easy access to public transport, dining, and shopping at Broadway and Cherry Creek. The Cherry Creek Bike Path provides tenants a direct connection to Downtown. The Fund intends to renovate units to include new kitchens, baths, in-unit laundry and coordinated fixtures throughout.
