JAB erected a 44-unit new construction apartment building with 3,000 sf of ground floor commercial space and automated parking. To attract the discerning and affluent consumer in the Berkeley submarket, JAB tailored the unit mix to include studios with private sleeping areas, one-bedroom units with 1.5 baths geared for entertaining and two-bedroom, two-bath apartments catering to couples looking to work from home.
