Renovations to the 13-unit property included updates to kitchens and baths and the reconfiguration of apartment layouts to add an additional bedroom. All units received JAB’s signature contemporary finishes, including stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, modern lighting, and refinished hardwood floors. Common areas were refreshed with new paint, carpeting, lighting and landscaping.
Washington was sourced via a local broker with whom JAB had worked previously. The property’s location within the Quality Hill Historic District presented challenges for renovation and limited the buyer pool.
