JAB identified a prime candidate for adaptive reuse in 160 S University Street in Salt Lake City. The property was built in 1925 as an LDS Meetinghouse, known as The University Ward. Until 2018, it was in continuous use as a house of worship, a school, and ward house offices. We purchased the property from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
As JAB management has successfully accomplished in similar undertakings, the structure’s generous spaces will be converted to striking apartments with dramatic original features and our usual complement of contemporary amenities.
